Oleg is a civil engineer with more than 10 years of project management experience in residential and industrial construction in Kyiv and Lviv. Oleg's specialization is the construction industry of Ukraine as the main driver of future economic growth. He is also the author of translations of modern economic works from English into Ukrainian and Russian.

Areas of interest: Keynes, Kalecki, Minsky and post-Keynesian economics; development of industrial sectors of Ukraine; history and philosophy of history.
